QLD Fuel is free and stays that way. There are no ad networks, no analytics, no trackers and no data sales. Your fuel type, tank size, saved places and alerts stay on this device.
Queensland fuel retailers must report price changes to the state’s Fuel Price Reporting scheme within 30 minutes. We show those prices as reported, with how long ago each one was updated. Prices more than a week old are dashed on the map and flagged in the list.
Pin colours run from green (cheapest here) to red (dearest here) for the stations you’ve searched, so a green pin always means “good for this area”.
Best value adds the cost of the fuel you’d burn driving there and back, assuming about 8 L per 100 km and a 40 L fill. Along a route it uses the actual detour.
Savings compare each station with the area average for the tank size in Settings.
Fill now or wait looks at where today’s average sits in the price range we’ve recorded for the area. It’s a pattern, not a forecast.
